Enrollment Process

Step 1: Read over all the materials and see if you share the mission and focus

of our school.

Step 2: If you would like to learn more about Helping Hands Christian Academy, schedule a tour of our school.

•   Call Helping Hands Christian Academy at (410) 734-4006 for scheduling.

Step 3: Fill out the application form and collect required documents, then

submit with the application fees.

                        Completed application includes: (checklist)

                          ___ Application form and fees (Total of $300 per child)

                          ___ A copy of the latest report card

                          ___ Any recent standardized test results

                          ___ Request for Records (signed)

                          ___ Previous School Recommendation

                          ___ Statement of Cooperation and Agreement

                          ___ Immunization Records and Health Inventory Form

                          ___ Birth Certificate

Step 4: After we have received your completed application, we will call to

schedule testing for students entering 1st grade.

Step 5: Testing your child:

Entering 1st grade – 30 minutes individual testing.

Step 6: Results of testing.

We will notify you by telephone regarding your student’s test results.

Step 7: We will call to schedule an interview.

Students are to attend the interview.
